Look for the mural.
If coming from Presidential Road, pass Four Seasons on your right, then it's the third road on the left with a big People's sign. The house is up that road on the left-hand side, with a colourful mural painting of WW and wine bottles. If you hit the Panda's supermarket, you've gone too far.
