Email our teamBenguela Esate Cove Syrah: from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, South Africa, a deep ruby-coloured Syrah with aromas of blackberry, black plum, violets, subtle spice and hints of fynbos, the palate is medium- to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, soft velvety tannins, balanced oak and a long, elegant finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted beef, barbecued meats, hearty stews, or mushroom and truffle dishes.
