Alvi’s Drift Signature Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegantly structured red wine with complex aromas of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, spice and subtle cedar wood. The palate is rich and fruit-forward, with integrated tannins and excellent balance, leading to a long, lingering finish. A beautifully polished Cabernet Sauvignon that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to three years. Alcohol: 13.3% ABV. Contains sulfites.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with beef sirloin, venison pie, fillet with creamy pepper sauce, oxtail and lamb stew. It also complements mature cheeses and dark chocolate.
