Benguela Cove Cuvée 58 Rosé: from the cool-climate Walker Bay region of South Africa, a refined sparkling rosé with delicate salmon hues and fine, persistent bubbles, offering aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and subtle floral notes with a hint of brioche, the palate is elegant and refreshing with bright red fruit, crisp acidity, creamy mousse and a long, polished finish, alcohol content around 12 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with oysters, smoked salmon, seafood platters, light canapés or enjoyed on its own as a celebratory aperitif.
