Email our teamCederberg Merlot Shiraz originates from the high‑altitude vineyards of the Western Cape, South Africa, a plush blend with Merlot delivering juicy plum and blackcurrant fruit, and Shiraz adding cherry spice and gentle peppery notes, the palate is smooth and full‑flavoured with lingering dark berry richness, the alcohol content around 14%, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Excellent with spicy lamb skewers, grilled burgers with caramelised onions, hearty bean chilli or mature cheddar and crusty bread.
