Email our teamGroote Post The Old Man’s Blend is an approachable, medium-bodied red blend with a vibrant ruby colour and inviting aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, mulberries and subtle cedarwood. The palate is rich with vibrant red fruit, balanced by soft tannins and a smooth, satisfying finish. Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, it is an easy-drinking wine with plenty of character, perfect for relaxed meals and good company. Alcohol: 14% ABV. Contains sulfites.
FOOD PAIRING: Pairs beautifully with grilled beef, lamb, roast chicken, burgers, hearty pasta dishes and pizza. Its ripe red-fruit character and soft tannins also make it a great match for barbecued meats, sausages and rich tomato-based dishes.
