Email our teamMeerlust Rubicon: from the Stellenbosch region of South Africa, an iconic Bordeaux‑style red blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, revealing deep ruby colour with intense aromas of violets, ripe plum, cassis, cedar wood and warming spice, the palate is full‑bodied and structured yet balanced with fresh dark fruit, rounded tannins and seamless oak integration, alcohol content around 14.2–14.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs wonderfully with roast lamb, grilled steak, venison or other game, rich beef stews or a noble cheese board featuring aged hard cheeses.
