This medium- to full-bodied Malbec bursts with ripe blackberries, plums, and a touch of vanilla oak, complemented by a distinctive menthol freshness that lifts the palate. Hints of white pepper, earth, and gentle spice round out the profile, making it both comforting and complex. Silky tannins and a lingering finish enhance its appeal. The wine has an ABV of 14.5% and contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, lamb dishes, mushroom risotto, or chargrilled aubergine. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for 20–30 minutes to let the wine open up fully.
