Email our teamPink Valley Rosé: from the Western Cape, South Africa, a refined rosé blend of Sangiovese 49 %, Grenache 25.5 % and Shiraz 25.5 %, offering lifted aromas of floral notes, cherry, stone fruit and a gentle hint of citrus, the palate is crisp and well balanced with refreshing acidity, clean red fruit expression and a lingering, elegant finish, alcohol content around 12.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, sushi, light salads, fresh cheeses or Mediterranean-style dishes.
