Protea Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Western Cape, South Africa, a region known for its cooling ocean breezes that help keep the wine fresh and vibrant, bursting with passionfruit, guava, and fresh lime, with crisp citrus and a clean mineral edge on the finish, lively acidity keeps it sharp and refreshing without being aggressive, alcohol 13%, contains sulfites.
