Strandveld First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc comes from Cape Agulhas in the Western Cape, South Africa, where cool maritime winds and gravelly soils give expressive, tropical and citrus fruit with hints of buchu and crisp minerality on the nose and palate, smooth yet vibrant with balanced acidity, alcohol 12.85–13.5%, contains sulfites.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, grilled calamari, shellfish, goat’s cheese salads, light pasta with lemon cream.
