Email our teamTokara Premium Shiraz: from the Stellenbosch region of South Africa, a deep ruby-red Shiraz with aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum, violet and hints of white pepper, spice and subtle oak, the palate is full-bodied and structured with concentrated dark fruit, soft tannins, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted lamb, beef steaks, hearty stews, barbecued meats or rich mushroom dishes.
